CMMS Training

Our CMMS training courses provide maintenance planners and schedulers with a practical understanding of how to use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to improve equipment reliability, work efficiency, and data accuracy. Participants will learn how to create and manage work orders, develop and track maintenance plans, manage spare parts, and use CMMS data to drive continuous improvement. Through guided exercises, learners will gain the knowledge to leverage their CMMS as a tool for planning, scheduling, and performance reporting. Training topics include:

We have decades of experience working with all of the major CMMS and EAM platforms, including SAP, Hexagon, and IBM Maximo, and have flexible curriculums of 3-5 days in duration to meet your needs. This instructor-led course can be delivered in-person or live, online.

The courses are a blend of theory, demonstrations, hands on labs, and simulations to move from understanding into application. As part of the engagement, a custom Quick Reference Guide with core fields and functions will be created to support the students post-course.
