Bill Mountjoy, CMRP
Bill is an expert in world class maintenance processes with experience working in various manufacturing environments. He has over 20 years of leading, teaching, training, and auditing plant teams on best practices and maintenance effectiveness. Bill is a strong engineering/reliability leader with a passion for delivering change with current continuous improvement methodologies and a team-oriented approach.

Brian Kaiser, P.E., CSSBB, CMRP
Brian Kaiser has over 16 years’ professional experience, 13 in the asset management field. He has successfully led asset management transformations for organizations in multiple sectors, two of which have achieved ISO 55001 certification. His passion for asset management is reflected in the transformational workshops and training courses he leads in person and online.

Charles Nickerson, MMC, PSC
Charles is an Operational Excellence SME with more than four decades of experience in plant management and cross functional team leadership in chemical and process industries, food, pulp & paper, and metals & mining. A trainer for over 20 years, Charles applies lean, change management, and improvement tools to engage people, processes, and systems, driving results in safety and financial performance.

Charlotte Anderson, SPHR, GPHR
Charlotte Anderson is a Organizational Change Management Specialist and Instructional Designer with more than 20 years of professional experience as a learning and development (L&D) technical expert. Her areas of specialty include change management, organizational effectiveness, process improvements, leadership, and professional development.

Claire Martineau, M.A.
Claire coordinates and manages course schedules and deliveries, produces virtual training courses, and manages our learning portal data. She brings over eight years of experience in teaching and managing training programs. Claire supports managing day-to-day operations of the Life Cycle Institute, conducting data analysis and business process optimization opportunities.

Corey Simpson
Corey is the Institute Manager and oversees day-to-day operations including customer service, supervision of logistics and staff, business unit marketing strategy, business process creation, documentation and improvement, and partnership maintenance. Corey brings over 15 years of managerial and team coaching experience and specializes in customer service, conflict resolution, and driving sales.

David Berube, MBA, CMRP
David has over 35 years of experience in leadership, management, and transformational change within organizations. The foundation for his experience was in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Submarine Force. David helps both public and private enterprises improve performance by implementing Reliability Excellence (Rx), Lean best practices, and change management.

Kristi Andrews, MBA
Kristi is a training coordinator, customer experience director, and virtual training producer. She is excellent facilitating communication between leadership and stakeholders, and establishing partnerships with local businesses to ensure our training participants have the best experience possible at all of our training centers.

Mike Blanchard, PE
Mike has over 25 years’ experience as a reliability leader in a variety of industries. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Reliability Engineer, and a Certified Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt. A leader dedicated to helping teams achieve their goals, Mike’s passion is training others and helping engineers and maintenance professionals reach their full potential.

Mary French, PMP, CSCP
Mary has over 20 years of experience leading Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and service industries. Her strengths include analyzing inefficiencies to drive improvement aligned with strategic business objectives, developing strategies, training programs, and process improvements that deliver measurable results.

Mike Smith, CMRP
Mike brings over 30 years of maintenance and manufacturing experience to his reliability management training. He is known for turning real-world experience into practical learning, helping engineers and managers apply proven tools like FMEA and risk-based maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reliability.

Nicholas Zika, REC, MMC
Nicholas is a maintenance strategy and implementation leader with 15 years’ experience in precision maintenance and reliability system installation and management. He has extensive experience in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) training and implementation, as well as roots in asset management, Lean-Six Sigma, materials management, planning and scheduling, and reliability principles.

Paul Borders, CMRP, CRL
Paul is a senior principal consultant and trainer with LCE and the Life Cycle Institute. Prior to joining LCE, Paul worked as a strategic manufacturing manager for over 17 years. Paul’s first-hand experience in implementing a reliability transformation uniquely positions him to help companies sustain performance improvements by driving culture change to ensure new systems become a fundamental way of life.

Ron Reimer, PE, MBA, CRE
Ron has over 40 years of experience, 7 years active duty with the U.S. Navy and 23 years as a Navy Reserve Officer, and is a dedicated and accomplished engineering director with a demonstrated history of success in maintenance management, equipment reliability, process improvements, and quality assurance. Ron has developed and taught global reliability courses for 7,700 employees, including site management, engineers, technicians, and operators.

Tara Holwegner, CPTD, CPM, PMP, CMRP
Tara has over 15 years of experience helping manufacturing and maintenance teams turn reliability expertise into practical solutions that accelerate performance results. As co-developer of the 3A Learning® process—Align, Assimilate, Apply—Tara has built hundreds of programs that deliver measurable ROI through effective training, coaching, and behavior change.

Terry Alexander, CMRP, REC
Terry has 35 years’ experience in manufacturing, and is an experienced trainer in engineering and electrical reliability, Terry is dedicated to the reliability engineering field and is recognized for his leadership and team-building skills. He is currently an active member of the (Body of Knowledge committee (BoK)) with SMRP, supporting industry benchmarks and guidance.
