Asset Management Best Practices Short Session
This course is offered to provide a short overview of specific asset management, reliability engineering and maintenance management best practices. It is intended to be offered in a “lunch and learn” or short session format (1-1.5 hours) with a live instructor for up to 12 participants.
The content will be selected from the LCE library of best practices including Life Cycle Institute course lessons and past solution delivery experiences. References to applicable industry standards will be provided based upon the course topic.
As an option, LCE can also include organizational specific content (procedures, standards, templates, etc.) if provided, and discuss how they align with industry standards and best practices.
